Functional Friday week 3 with Dr. Nick and Dr. Danny
Happy Friday! In case you forgot, this Sunday is Mother’s Day (like every other day of the year!) A huge shoutout to all the moms, moms-to-be, and our very own moms. ❤️
Inspiration:
We’ve been listening to Alex Hormozi lately and find his content wildly easy to digest and inspiring in various aspects of life (relationship/business/stress management). There are many things he says that are inspiring but one of our favorite recent ones is:
You have a choice — you don’t have to grow if you don’t want to, if it’s a tradeoff you’re not willing to make, that’s fine — but just be okay with that
The context being — the higher you rise to the top, the more difficult it becomes. You have a choice of staying comfortable where you are or facing more difficulties and continuing to climb — but you must be okay with either option.

This previous Saturday we hosted our first workshop at Apex Performance on perfecting your squat. We had a great time teaching what we know about squats and we can’t thank our attendees enough! See a few highlights and be sure to check out any we have planned in the future, below.
Forward Physio was able to attend a Social Entrepreneur meet-up in St. Petersburg this week at Nova 535. It was an incredible place to network and meet like-minded individuals passionate about entrepreneurship. This is completely free and all are welcome to join if interested!
