Coffee with Dr. Dyllon, owner of โThe Source Chiropracticโ in St. Pete. We had the opportunity to talk about life, starting and running a successful business, and the things weโre passionate about. We all agreed on the significance of being healthcare providers who genuinely care about you and your overall well-being, not just your injury. Dr. Dyllon takes a holistic approach to healthcare (much like ourselves) to promote healing naturally, as opposed to surgery, pills, and other medications. We highly recommend stopping by his clinic for the immaculate vibes.

Armature Works Run Club! If you enjoy running/jogging/moving your legs and being by the river, this run club is for you! There is a set route that equates to a 5k and different pace groups. We definitely enjoyed ourselves, as did Mia! Check it out on the first and third Wednesday of every month from 6:30-8 PM. Newcomers welcome!

What: Learn how to perfect your squat! Forward Physio will be presenting common squat mistakes, requirements for range of motion, and how to prepare yourself to squat well. Come prepared in gym clothes as this will be an interactive workshop.
