This week Dr. Nick attended a fundraising event for the Children’s Dream Fund at Rush Cycle in St. Pete.
This event was hosted by the incredible Brandee, the face behind Pinella’s Run Club.
If you’re unfamiliar with the Children’s Dream Fund or Pinellas Run Club, you need to check it out here. Great people making even better things happen.
Forward Physio attended the Entrepreneur Social Club in St. Pete on Thursday night.
This is a great opportunity to network with other entrepreneurs, hear about other local businesses, and learn about profession you may have never even heard of.
Definitely recommend checking it out if you get a chance! It's every Thursday starting at 6:00 PM at Nova 535 followed by dinner at a different location each week at 8:30 PM. Hope to see you there!
In case you missed it, Forward Physio has begun to pursue new experiences in a series called “Trial and Error”.
This is where we go to different gyms and health/wellness businesses to trial what they have to offer while maybe encountering some error along the way. In the videos we will be interviewing the owner/staff members as well as describing our experiences as we go through them.
In case you missed it, here’s Dr. Nick trying CrossFit for the first time, absolutely dogging it at the end. Be on the lookout for our future view where we try various wellness modalities at Restore Hyper Wellness!
