It’s quite easy to get into the habit of doubting ourselves. We have the person in our head telling us we can’t or that we will fail. It sets a limitation on our ability to do, think, and pursue. Forget that voice and take action, it will relieve you of your doubts.

Forward Physio Weekly Recap:

  • This week, Dr. Danny went back home to New York for a week, leaving Dr. Nick on his own. The clinics have been a lot quieter and more peaceful. It’s really a vacation for them both 😂 

  • Nick decided to participate in a University led study at USF regarding motivation and exercise. Who knew those two had anything to do with each other?
